For Windows Users located at the BOE (*** Please Note this will not work at any other location. ***)

Open a command prompt by clicking Start and then Run. Type CMD  and click OK

Cut and Paste the following two lines into the black window and hit enter. (If you do not know how to cut and paste just manually type in the following commands being sure to hit enter after each command)

route add -p 69.25.20.0 mask 255.255.255.0 10.37.24.2

route add -p 69.25.21.0 mask 255.255.255.0 10.37.24.2

Go to Logme In Rescue and enter the pin assigned to you by the technician.
